TWC Architects uses this website to post bidding information for upcoming construction projects and active bidding phase information. Results for recent bids are also provided. We encourage general contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors to send us email information about interest in bidding future or current projects. Our firm values the working relationships that we have cultivated with contractors throughout the state. Because of the historic and sensitive nature of most of our projects, there are often pre-qualification requirements for both general contractors and sub-contractors, so we encourage careful review of our architectural and engineering specifications. Qualification data may be submitted to our office on an ongoing basis.
